Thanksgiving 2009

Thanksgiving was great this year. We found out the day before Turkey Day that our latest IVF was a success!! We are expecting our fist baby and hoping for a strong healthy pregnancy. :) We've been super excited about this and spending lots of time planning the next year. Turkey Day was great too. Dustin's mom and her husband, Tommy, came over for dinner. We had so much food!! I did make the mistake of buying a turkey that was too big for our roasting pan, so I ruined our new oven with juice dripping out of the pan constantly. For some reason, no amount of foil would keep it from getting to the bottom of our oven. But Dustin came home from the turkey bowl with a large disposable roasting pan and saved the day. Gotta love those hero husbands!! After turkey day we were able to spend lots of time together, resting, shopping, going to doctor visits, and just enjoying our new news! We called family and friends to let them know and spread the good news.
